1. When do the challenges start and finish?
The first challenge starts as soon as you sign up. Although a new challenge is made to start and end every week, it is still completely self-paced. Each challenge is released to you on a weekly basis, but you have the ultimate control over the completion of each one. Just proceed to the next section when you are ready.

2. I’m pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have a medical condition. Can I still do these challenges?
These challenges are all about getting you motivated to strive to always be a better you. Yes, these challenges include nutrition and fitness, as well as sections on stress management and over better health habits. As with all wellness challenges involving nutrition and exercise, please consult your physician before beginning.

3. How long do I have access to the challenges?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to these challenges for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
