This challenge is meant to ease you into my 90 day masterclass in baby steps. Each day is a brand new challenge that consists of implementing a healthy lifestyle change to get you used to small, but impactful, changes.


These challenges are just a small representation of the changes you would undertake in the 90 day masterclass. However, in these 10 days I promise you will still accomplish so much.

Do I have a time limit to complete the challenge?
This challenge is built to be completed in 10 days, however, you can choose to complete the challenges when you are able. I completely understand life happens and your other priorities take over so this course and all of the materials will be here when you are able to get to them. I do encourage you, however, to do your best to dedicate 10 days to finish this program because the small changes that you implement will only benefit you and your family.

Can I access these challenges on my tablet?

Yes! You can access the challenges anywhere...tablet, smartphone, home computer, or laptop. The worksheets are in pdf format and are fillable so it may be best to download those from a desktop computer.

Serena holds a Psychology degree from Seton Hall University and is a 2002 graduate of Somerset School of Massage Therapy and former massage therapist.

She holds a certification with the American Council on Exercise (as a Certified Personal Trainer) and Alive Academy of Natural Health (as a Certified Holistic Nutritionist).

She has also attended Vintage Remedies School of Natural Health where she has completed their Holistic Wellness and Family Herbalist Programs and Food Pharmacology course.
